3. Appointments, Deposits & Cancellations

• Booking & Deposits: Certain services or promotional trial offers may require an advance deposit to secure your booking.
• Cancellation & Rescheduling: We kindly request at least 24 to 48 hours' advance notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide timely notice or non-attendance ("no-show") may result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
• Punctuality: Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Arriving late may result in a shortened treatment duration or rescheduling to accommodate other clients.

4. Payments, Pricing & Refunds

• Pricing: Prices for services, treatments, and package options are displayed on our Site or communicated during consultation. All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• Payments: Full payment is due at the time service is rendered or upon purchasing a treatment package, unless otherwise specified.
• Refund Policy: Payments for completed procedures, consultations, or opened skincare products are strictly non-refundable. For unused sessions within a pre-purchased package, refund or service conversion eligibility will be assessed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with clinic guidelines.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are required to:

• Provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date medical history, including existing conditions, allergies, current medications, and past procedures.
• Strictly follow all pre-treatment and post-treatment care instructions provided by our specialists.
• Inform clinic staff immediately if any unexpected adverse reactions or complications occur following a procedure.
